The first round of checks was mailed on February 16, 2024. As stated on the checks, they had to be cashed or deposited within 90 days (May 16, 2024).

The second round of checks was mailed on April 2, 2024. They also have to be cashed or deposited within 90 days (July 1, 2024).

 

The third round of checks was mailed on June 3, 2024 to pay late claims. A final distribution of checks for approved late claims will occur on July 1. Those checks must be deposited or cashed within 30 days of the date of the check. Please act promptly.

 

The claims administrator issues the checks, and you should contact them regarding missing checks. Contact the claims administrator directly by emailing reichertvrapid@kroll.com or calling their the toll-free number, 1-833-933-6670. After July 30, 2024, the claims administrator will not be able to issue any replacement checks for expired or missing checks.
